After reading some of these comments, I feel like I need to write a review as well. I entered treatment at Counseling Solutions when it first opened in Chatsworth and it was my first time trying a clinic as well and I've seen first hand the people who come and go. Addicts are not the easiest people to deal with sometimes especially the ones who just want to go there to try and get a fix or feel better. If you are not ready to change yourself for the better than this is not for you. The awesome people who work there are humans too, they make mistakes but I guarantee if they do, they will make it right. If it hadn't been for this place, my family and I would have been torn apart from my addictions or much worse. Thanks to Counseling Solutions/ Medmark for all you do.

My fiance and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this recovery center. So much so, we drive 2 hours to get there and then another 2 get home. We have a few clinics way closer to us and I was personally at one in Knoxville for over a decade. There I was treated like a number. Here they actually take time with you, try to help with what they can , and enjoy helping others overcome things that most just would make it harder to overcome for not only MY recovery but also plenty of others. I am so grateful and blessed to have Zac and his staff making sure WE ALL MATTER. If you are there for the RIGHT reasons...you would understand they have policies that they must and do follow, and if you don't own your behavior and break your cycle...your not ready for treatment. Zac, Chip, and the rest of the staff are great people. Thankyou for helping us get our lives together. You guys are amazing.

I have been a patient at other clinics and this is by far the best. Because it is smaller, they are able to give their patients more individualized attention. I wish I had transferred here sooner, but I didn't realize it was actually almost in the Dalton area. I was a patient for 8 months at Private Clinic North and finally got fed up with being herded like cattle and treated like a 2nd class citizen (among other things). This is the only clinic I have ever been to where the director gets involved with the patients and the staff works with you if you have to be at work to try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. They seem to really care here and treat you with dignity and respect, something very rarely seen at other methadone clinics in the area. As someone who has experience at other clinics in the area, this place is highly recommended. :)
