This place and the staff is awesome i was reading a review where a guy complained about never being able to graduate or taper off he was blaming this place if you cant taper off of methadone thats your own fault no one forced u to take it sounds to me u still have the same addict mentality blame everyone else for your problems except the one who is to blame YOURSELF!!!!!

Great place the lady that runs the place actually cares for you and treats u like someone .

Very quiet compared to some substance abuse treatment centers that have armed guards in the doorways. There's never any trouble started here.

After 10 years in treatment I found tri-state. And it is GREAT! They treat people like human beings deserve to be treated. With respect! I recommend anyone looking for treatment to give them a try

If you're looking to get clean from opiates this is the place to do it.. if u want to taper off u can do it when you're ready no pressure...the ball is in the individuals court so any complaints are on the person in treatment really....I've been her lil over a year and starting my taper now ...this place literally saved my life ! They actually care about the patients as a person should in treatment!

There are people, unfortunately, who don't understand what methadone Treatment is all about. I wish people in the medical field and law enforcement would educate themselves about it more and realize it gets people off the streets and saves people's lives. Me being one of them. It gets me through my days without craving drugs. That way I can be an excellent mother to my children. Instead of out on the street trying to hunt down pills everyday, that's the last thing on my mind...working and trying to be a good mother to my 3 yr. Old and a good wife is my goal and with the help of Tri-state i know I'm on the right path. They provide you with counciling and honestly it gets me through my days with a positive outlook on what's to come. They saved my life and for anyone who is really ready to live right and do what's best for them and their families I recommend it. They will always be people who go for the wrong reason who give the ones trying to live right a bad name but don't let that get us down and keep trying to do right and people will be able to tell who the ones that are trying to live right. They save lives and I pray people will educate themselves about these facilities.

It's a methadone clininc that charges $11.00/day. They claim their goal is to help get you off of opiates/heroin, but in reality they just get you addicted to the methadone instead! Plus, it's nearly impossible to "graduate" from their program because they never set you a certain length of time to taper off the methadone; instead, they make it so you have to keep coming back because it's making them more money. I do NOT recommend this place for anyone!!

It's a great place, just trying to get back to my stable dose from when I Transferred, is heck.
