I have been going to this clinic for almost 4 years. The first move is the scariest. After you get there the first day to be an intake, your life will change for the better! My husband and I were on a downward spiral. Chasing pills from the time we woke. We had just got married and a year of arguing, harsh words towards each other (if we didn’t get our pills), we were on the way to divorce quickly. We sat down one night and said we love each other far more then the pills, what can we do?. A childhood friend of my husbands told us about Crossroads. So, We went the next morning at 6:00am. And now; we have “us” back, we have built our own company up. We have more than we have ever had. I owe my entire world and life to Crossroads! The staff are superb, some are close to me enough I feel they’re more my friend than my counselors. If you have a habit; pain pills, or addicted to other stuff like heroin PLEASE PLEASE don’t think there’s no where to go! Just go and work on YOURSELF and get your life back! If I CAN ANYONE CAN! They also accept GA and TN Medicaid

Really clean place. I was one of the first 300 patients when they first opened. It has changed alot they have got bigger and not as personable. If you work out of town alot this is definitely not the clinic for you. My husband worked alot out of town and when we first started the clinic it was approved that's the main reason we switched. Well after it changed management a couple times and things changed. We'd let them know way ahead of time and they'd call us in Everytime. We'd bring 100s of receipts and still would get phased down. But if you don't work out of town this will be a great clinic. It d. I moved so I'm not longer a patient. But it really is a good clinic. And Michael was the director he's really great. Some of the counselors definitely need let go. Michelle was my counselor very stuck up and rude. At first she was nice. but she got a promotion and went down hill. when I transferred she didn't want to send my paperwork. But over all its good. if you follow the rules. But definitely not the best clinic

I've been a patient for 4 years there... Love the staff, very clean and orderly! Open 5 days/wk from 5am till 10am and on Saturday from 6:30am till 9am closed on Sundays. It's a Methadone only facility and it has saved my life!!!

They will give you meds but u have to wanna quit.. The counsolers are just there to catch u failing a drug test an punish you, thats it..

Most of the staff is kind and tries to get you through quickly, except a gray haired lady by the front dosing area. She is extremely rude, interrupts you every chance she gets, and treats addicts like they are all the same, terrible people. Also they don’t take insurance, at all. Those are the only two reasons I didn’t leave 4, or even 5 stars. Lisa is very, VERY rude. She may just be jaded from working at the company for so long, but she needs an attitude check & change.

It's a great treatment center. Caring staff and great counseling.

Kristen M. Is the councillor that I believe is the most genuine human being at the place other than the lovely grey headed woman at the pay desk. Don't be afraid to go if you are also on other drugs than just opiates. You will still be treated unless you show up drunk. They will help you with a benzo addiction or any other addiction you have alongside opiates and will never kick you out for having other addictions while going. There is definitely quite the crowd of crazies that are just, you know, genuinely belligerent totally separate from drug use lol. Best time of day to go to get in and out fast is 7:00 or 7:15. You will be randomly drug tested. You start out at a minimum of 20mg of methadone if you do the methadone program, and you can go up to 120mg of methadone over time unless you are also taking benzos illegally, in which case you can only max out at 80mg. If you have a prescription for benzos you are in the clear to go to 120, but you will need to coordinate care with your psychiatrist who writes them.

The ppl here are genuine and caring. They work with you as much as possible. And always remember my face and name

Crossroads & the counselors have helped me get my life back.

The owner of CTC cares about the business, so he cares about u. The counselors are great, u just need to communicate. If u r serious about your care & want help, u r at the right place. Just remember, all treatment centers have state guidelines to follow. There r no exceptions. I do feel CTC is consistent w all patients. I do not think any patients get special treatment. Now, for me, I like that. I strongly recommend CTC. U will feel welcome. U will not b judged. That's pretty important for some1 battling addiction. By the time u realize u need help, normally, u have already done enough self-destruction & u need HOPE. I promise u it has saved my life and my relationship w my family and my significant other. It will help u, too. If u r tired of being tired and want your life back, stop by CTC and talk w someone. U can get your life back. It does take time and effort. I had been on a roller coaster for quite some time & felt hopeless, but w medically assisted treatment, it really made a difference. Good luck & God bless.

Doctor is more understanding here than some places but like anywhere, it has its pros and cons. here are some things to check on. Expect 15-60 min wait times to get in & out. Other than that, it is a good place for treatment! Be sure to ask questions about medication "take home" rules/regs (especially if transferring from our of state) because they are very different state to state as well as clinic to clinic. Also ask about the rules regarding dirty urine analysis (failed drug tests) if you're struggling with your addiction still as this will be important to know the consequences up front. Usually per drug screen charges apply when failed etc. Note* I have never actually been a patient here so I cannot help with detailed questions, I'm sorry.

I've been going to this Clinic for almost a year and I can Honestly say Crossroads Treatment has Saved my Life!! I've been more stable since starting at Crossroads then I've ever been on my own. I'm so very Thankful for Crossroads, and the Staff, They've been so Respectful, and Hones. Each and Everytime I go into Crossroads I really feel at home and I've never felt Judged while at Crossroads. Thanks

Absolutely saved my life. The staff is great and friendly. Was never treated as an "addict", but as an equal human being. I love my counselor to death. Edwina is always there for me when I need her and even when I don't. Highly recommend going to Crossroads Treatment Center if you truly wish to turn your life around.

Wow...Without this place and the best counslor I've ever had in my life...I wouldn't be back to the "person" I was before pain medication/drugs abuse; it forever changed my life. I will forever be in debt to Mrs. Kim Stephens, at Crossroads! She is by far the best thing that has ever happened; I came to her...wounded...sick...and at the right time!! It's soo amazing to me....who....or....what....I never expected this small lil petite lady with glasses and an actual passion to make a difference to stand up against me. I've eaten Psychology and Psychiatry Doctors alive while being seen by them...not her!>!>! She is so intelligent (which is what I needed) don't tell me what the average of this or that..she knew I wanted to see how telling me whatever she was going to tell me, how it would help me. Well, everyone I promise this place does change people's lives!!! I love this place, because it not only saved my life but my marriage as well. Now my biggest supporter is my husband, we have 6 children, and I needed to get clean to give them the life they deserve. My counselor Trisha, is a very good counselor, and she helps me through the cravings. Plus all the staff is absolutely wonderful.
